Sunny is a shady agent. We booked our flights from Nz to UAE, Then UAE to turkey then turkey to Morocco return. It was 4 of us. When we were about to board the plane from turkey to Morocco we were told that there was no luggage included in our tickets. Then on the spot we had to buy 4 new tickets at the airport as buying 4 new tickets were coming out to be cheaper than adding the luggage. When we came back and asked these guys why were the luggage not included then these guys were like no it was included and started arguing with us and refused to refund us for extra money that we paid. All of our other flights had luggage included then why not this leg. Will not recommend these guys to anyone. Poor service. Will see you in tribunal now.
Most of the detailed work, collection of documents and sequencing and follow ups were assisted by me and the case was already filled to INZ then they helped me with further follow ups form Time- to time. The case was taken by their Junior associate. Found them to be supportive on points of contacts and forthcoming with their joint resources, understanding and partnership of working together of Associates and Registered Lawyer (back and forth) due to their joint Firm policy and past experience working as partners. I like to point out to others please do your own homework. Make sure the documents are collected, obtained and sequences as much possible and if there are any queries you can ask, otherwise put your own efforts and inputs as they will assist to an extent with their own capabilities, understanding and resources. Their fees had exceeded from the first point of contact when they had agreed on only One-off Fee but later they had charged Again at their second instalment Fee. They told me, another payment had to be paid as it is their standard Case fee and had to break it down in 2 payments. I didn’t made further queries but had paid my hard earned $$$ promptly as the Outcome result was successful !
