⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely epic! Non-stop adrenaline, wild spins, and got properly soaked — just how it should be! The crew were total legends: funny, charismatic, and made the whole ride an absolute blast. Heart racing, big laughs, zero regrets. If you’re keen for a thrill in Auckland, this one’s a no-brainer. Bloody good fun… 3 Aussies very happy!

Great experience!! Highly recommend! Our skipper was good, stopping occasionally to explain landmarks and let us take pictures etc. The boat does drifts, 180s, and rides basically on its side! Great fun! Thanks!

This was a very exciting experience. A warm welcome to the adventure, a lot of information before we depart. Safety is the priority. Nate our skipper was polite, kind, funny and handsome. Thank you for the great time. These Canadian ladies were satisfied

Auckland Adventure Jet is a jet boat experience on the Waitematā Harbour in Auckland. It’s a high-speed, adrenaline-pumping ride combining thrills (spins, fishtails, tricks) with nice views of landmark scenery. The ride uses a twin V8 engine jet boat capable of speeds in excess of 50 knots. ⸻ What You Do & What You See • The ride lasts about 35 minutes. • You’ll depart from a dock at Pier Z, 31 Westhaven Drive, St Marys Bay, Auckland Central. • During the ride, expect things like spins, power brakes, sweeping turns, “fishtails” (the boat sliding sideways), and high speed. • You’ll go under the Auckland Harbour Bridge, get views of the skyline, possibly Rangitoto Island, see landmarks like the Chelsea Sugar Factory, the tree-lined cliffs at Kauri Point. ⸻ Costs, Restrictions & Tips • Prices: • Adult (15 and over): ~ NZD 109 for the 35-minute ride. • Child (under 14): lower rate (~ NZD 58 or similar) depending on promotions. • Family passes are available. • Height / Age Restrictions: Must be at least 115 cm tall. There’s no absolute age minimum, but children under a certain age may need to be accompanied by an adult. • What to Wear / Bring: • Wear something you don’t mind getting wet; you might get splashed. • Bring sunscreen, possibly a jacket (water spray / wind), maybe a spare change of clothes. • Booking: Book ahead is strongly recommended — trips fill up. AIM to arrive ~15 minutes early. ⸻ Practical Details • Meeting / Departure Point: Pier Z, 31 Westhaven Drive, St Marys Bay, Auckland. Also some sources list a temporary departure at Halsey St Wharf due to waterfront works. • Operating Hours: Typically daily, with trips hourly in daylight / during business day hours (roughly ~9:00-17:00) depending on season. • Duration Total: The ride is ~35 minutes, but allow extra time for check-in / safety briefing etc

Booked through Bookme weeks in advance for a Saturday on a long weekend but got cancelled a few hours before the trip. They said all trips have been cancelled that day due to a mechanical fault. Just happened to drive past the marina anyways that day and saw their red jet boat taking a full boat of passengers out to sea... From the other reviews it looks like that they overbook and give the same excuse, while in fact they are just prioritize others first. Shady business, would not recommend unless you want your day ruined.

Oh my goodness! SO MUCH FUN! Such an awesome experience, and Nate our skipper was brilliant. 50 knots, plenty of 360 spins, jumps over the wake of other boats, and loads of twists and turns. We got massively wet, so ticks all the boxes. Our kids loved it and wanted to go out again straight after. Thanks for a great ride.

THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Surprised my hubby and son with this ride and they had an absolute blast! They were soaking wet by the end of it and had nothing but good feedback from them and they’ll love to come back! I bought 2 tickets from GRABONE and communication has been a breeze with booking dates up until the day! You guys are awesome! You’ll definitely see us again! God Bless

Our whānau went out on Matariki Day and boy were we glad we did! Was abit hesitant at first, being winter and the waves were a bit choppy, but that just added to the sea adventure! Our captain was awesome (sorry I didn't catch your name) and shared some fascinating history about some areas we came within sight of. We sat up the back, so got soaked the most, but our Mr 9years absolutely loved that part. We'll be booking again in summer!
