“We visited the store at Thursday evening when the mall was pretty quite. And although we were just browsing around, we decided to purchase some thermals for kid and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful when we picked the wrong item! And he was very patient when we were trying to log into our account and after our card was declined twice. We felt welcome there even if it was evening when normally staff are so ready to go home and they don’t look forward to wandering people.”

“This is a clearance outlet so you will find many older season and odd size items for a decent discount. I found some great winter items that icebreaker no longer sell for a big $180 discount off retail. Overall worth a visit and you will be surprised what you find”

As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a delightful experience. I can confidently say that the $100 spent today was the best investment in any store this year. Please convey my deepest gratitude to Arzana and commend North Beach for employing such exceptional individuals. UPDATE 25/02/25 Spent $370:90 reciept shows that amount, got bank statement & found i was charged $378:31 =2% SURCHARGE, after speaking to shop (they tried to blame my bank)saw my bank & it explained that their eftpos point would have added it on. Didn't see any signs informing me of this. I sugest u DON'T use their PAYAVE!! I have all statements.”
