   Everything was great, and my wife especially loved shopping in this shop. Unfortunately, all the wonderful moments ended with a parking ticket. Every time we went to this small shopping mall, we'd leisurely enjoy an afternoon tea, and browse the clothing store and one kitchenware/home furnishing store next door. The whole family would spend half a day enjoying eating and shopping there. Then one day, we inexplicably received a ticket saying we'd parked for more than two hours, incurring an $85 fine. They'd recently installed cameras to facilitate the fines. No problem, I don't want to appeal; I've already paid the fine (although I personally think two hours is far from enough). What I'm saying is, since the parking lot has its rules, okay, I'll follow them. But I won't be going to this mall again, even though I really love those shops.

   No help! No assistance! Limited parking. Location is okay? Big Shop with plenty to look at! This is where I got my pool.cues from at a reasonable price. It's such a shame there's no one around to ask about the product or item you are about to purchase or to assist you with a request or just fitting a shoe? Rebel Sports have a decent selection of sportswear & sports footwear but again a let down by no one being around to actually help you or assist you!

   Changing rooms are very dirty; dust & hairs, old splashings on walls of unknown substances at this particular store. Staff are hesitant to be helpful, ie, walking the floor and asking customers if they require assistance rather than the customer having to go to the checkout counter to request for assistance; the same in some of their other stores. However, the ones that do help and go the extra mile are commended. Please improve your standards.

   So glad this store has opened a new branch closer to home. They had great deals on today which we saved quite abit from our items brought. Everything from fishing gears to camping and sports equipment they have.
