   I love your guys merchandise. But the communication side is very poor. Called the nz number left a message didn't get back to me. I sent a email to the email address you guys left on the voice mail and my email came back delivery incomplete.

   Thank you team, specifically Paul Latham for my order. 17 tops with many colours, team logos, numbers and sponsorship logos. All came out fantastically. The delivery was right on the day discussed. The payment was stress free and Paul did very well alleviating my fears of something going wrong before the tournament. I was under time constraint and since I had never used your services, I was a bit nervous. The tops fabric feels great. The look and fit is awesome. I’ll definitely recommend you.    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a rugby jersey on 10 May and it still hasn’t arrived 3 months later. Rugby season finishes this weekend! Appalling. Do not use this business for your sports club.

   Would not even give this company a 1 star! We have to order our rugby gear through here and have been waiting over 3 months for it to arrive and the season has already started! Have emailed once to be told we would finally have it this week never showed up and now no reply to emails. Terrible customer service and a don't care attitude!

   Worst service ever, placed an order online on the 25th of February then received an email from Jarrod on the 1st of March telling me that couldn’t fulfil my order and asked if I wanted another product. I didn’t so asked for a refund which I’m entirely entitled to. He said he would process it, a week went by then I emailed again amd was told “sorry I’ll get on to it” still no refund so emailed again and like a parrot was told the same thing amd it would take up to 5 working days. Still no refund…..worst service ever. Will be making a formal complaint and I expect a refund ASAP, no excuses and as a good will gesture from a “DYNASTY” send me something out on top of a refund. Shocking service. Don’t shop here. Give me my money back and send something out to help start salvaging your company otherwise you’ll go out of business in no time due to poor customer service. Up to you.
