“The roast duck on rice at their place is the best I've had in Auckland. The duck skin is exceptionally crispy, yet the meat is not tough at all; it's very tender and so juicy. The service of their staff is also very good. Every time, they greet me warmly.”

“My first choice for shopping fruits and vegetables. Some fruits are not the freshest but okay if consumed within a couple of weeks. They used to have a very rude and dumb butcher a couple of years ago when I didn't want shop meat there, but now all are nice and friendly. Generally a nice place for produce and Asian foods.”

“What a great place to discover. This friendly bar and restaurant about 60 metres from Waiwera beach has the relaxed beach vibe in abundance. Inside there is a restaurant end with about 8 tables, then there is a bar area which opens into a covered outdoor area with pool table and pizza bar with wood fired pizzas. Service was friendly and functional and the business seems to be family run. Food was excellent. Best lamb shank I’ve had in ages with excellent flavours. Prawn salad was also very good. Beer was ice cold and they had a good collection of spirits as well as smoothies and non-alcoholic drinks. I think for me the relaxed atmosphere was what I enjoyed the most - like stepping into some place you’ve known all your life and instantly relaxing. Waiwera town feels a bit run down but the history with the hot pools (now closed) is interesting and it has retained its sleepy charm. If you’re going to Wenderholm consider lunch or dinner at Sugarloaf beach bar.”

“Tasty Homely food Located right in the centre of the Auckland city CBD, just behind saravanaa bhawan , good option for vegetarian indian travellers. Food tastes yummy, just like indian street food, i felt like i am eating at my home.. kids loved the food too. Quite popular with locals. There is no dining place though, so you have to Take Away only. Qty is good and 1 dish is sufficient for 2 people ! Reasonably priced too !!”

“This Pizza Hut has the absolute best customer service, credits to the lovely man who is often on the front counter. He has served me multiple times over the last year and he is the most friendly, helpful and kind person. One time I went in and wanted to pay for majority on cash and the rest on my card which was only $1 approx but this generous man pulled out his wallet from his pocket and swiped his own card and said don’t worry about it. This was the kindest small gesture, I was so blown away. I called tonight and wanted to make a small change to my delivery order that I wasn’t able to do online and he made sure it was done for me, no stress, no difficulty. He is a real asset to your company and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share how wonderful this man is. Pizza is always top notch even when being delivered. Highly recommend Pizza Hut Botany.”

“Coffee club is one of the best cafe chains. The preparation is awesome. The menu consists of mixture of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. I particularly like the club sandwich which is a must have. The vegan ciabatta is also great. This time we tried french toast and it was good. The giant fluffy pancakes are awesome. I like the way they have planned the seating area both inside and outside. Outdoor seating offers some sunshine on a sunny day. The staff is courteous and understands your order fully. Our coffee was exactly how we wanted and at the time we wanted. There is plenty of parking available around the carpark. One of the best things is their cafe membership which offers 20% discount. It is well worth.”

“For my husband, daughter, and myself, The Coffee Club Manukau is the perfect, easy-access date location. The playground directly in front of the cafe is a huge plus, making it super family-friendly. We always enjoy dining in because the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and safe. The coffee is a hit with us, but as someone who loves unsweetened matcha, I found theirs a bit too sweet for my taste. However, the overall ambiance and convenience make it a wonderful place to visit.”

“The restaurant has an ambience of its own which create’s the Raviz a bit different from others. And the staff is very dedicated and also very careful towards their work. My partner is allergic to nuts and we told the staff about it, they made our food but nut free and really good and also would always love to go Raviz. Kuddos to the team.”
