   Subway Manurewa. Unfortunately, I can't review the food nor the service because I didn’t get to experience any of it. I was completely ignored by the person (male), that looked like he was employed there. Not being acknowledged twice while being walked past while doing other things was something I didn't think I would ever experience, let alone during the Christmas period. I gave it a few minutes before deciding I didn’t deserve that, so left. Not sure if the guy was having a bad day, but that would be a written warning at my place of business.

   hey guys! please don’t forget to triple check the dockets before you send them out. i JUST placed my order through uber eats and had not received 2 cookies that were included in the combo i brought. other than that, food was amazing

   Calling this store proved difficulties with clear speaking English . Going into the store somewhat the same to communicate. Parking was Great lots of parking Avaliable When into store for a catering platter order there were no order forms available for choice to list bread options & list of added choice of veg / cheese or sauces usually there's forms for customers to fill making it for the sandwich artist to complete ther order with ease. When got home had to call the store to change a few things on the order. Once received the order given out at the event noticed some had runny 2day old tomatoes & Lettuce some that had hardly any veg very sparingly with money spent would of thought it would have a decent amount. Smiles on sandwhich artist faces was nice to see. Would I order from here a again no sorry I would be trying a different store next time Really hope improvement with communication & easier order forms are accessible with also ensuring to put a decent amount of veg in sandwich.

   Terrible service on the night of the 15th August - busy line of customers waiting to be served and the trainee (only person working) answered a phone call.. then when we asked for the $27 deal we were told yes and then we got charged $39 - after a few attempts to explain and query this we gave up as we were in a rush and after waiting much longer than expected for our food we were now rushing more.

   Out of all subway branches, the staff in Manurewa demonstrates the most repulsive behavior, and to make matters worse, the management could care less. When I called to ask how long my order would take, they literally put the phone down. Management team, you need to chill out. You guys aren't owners of businesses; you're all on minimum salary. And nevertheless, act like a boss. extreme idiocy!

   Due to COVID you now need to download app to order. The subs are delicious as always. If I didn't have to download the app I would've never witnessed this car drive straight into the store/walkway to get to the chicken side and Thank God you can't eat in there (because of COVID) otherwise their may have been people injured by this car.
