Very pleased with the service, she’s kind, friendly and respectful which made me feel comfortable. She’s developed a plan for me which gave me hope. She’s also very transparent about everything. All the staff I’ve encountered so far are very nice and friendly, too. Highly recommend!”

They found problems and from previous visits Mo was informing me about the problems and costs as the job progressed. I had a deadline to meet with my vehicle as we had an important trip to make so Mo and his team worked so well to get us on our way. Mo is the kind of operator who goes out of his way to help you out, he really is amazing. We had to get some work outside his shop for my warrant of fitness as well as the work he did for us and he helped out and found someone for us. “What a fantastic place, stayed from the 6th to the 9th April, I chose here as it is very close to the Southern cross hospital where I had my operation. My room was really nice close to the main entrance which was a big bonus, the staff were really nice and helpful. Plenty of food places around even though I didn’t use them. Hoyt’s cinema close by as well. But as I mentioned earlier it was the helpful staff that impressed me the most. I highly recommend this motel and would definitely stay again.”

The chicken and squid karaage had the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness, while the egg and potato salad was a particularly inspired compliment. “We've had the absolute best experience with VSA. Had to bring in our dog twice for a suspected slipped disc, and ended up leaving him there the second time for IV fluids. He had a CT scan first thing in the morning; unfortunately he needed two spinal surgeries so he had to wait until the day after for proper planning, otherwise it would have been done straight after CT Scan while still under anaesthesia. We live far away so couldn't come for the scan results, but the surgeon took the time to show us the scans via a video call and made sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. They sent us frequent updates and were always highly professional. The surgery went extremely well and we were able to visit him the day after surgery. Thanks to their great care and our boys bravery and resilience, we were able to take our baby home just three days later. That whole event was really scary and exhausting for us, but we felt very supported and can honestly highly recommend them. 2x emergency visits, 4 nights stay, CT Scan, double surgery and meds was around 12k in total which is a lot, but we knew he had the highest quality care and that is definitely worth it for us. A huge thank you to the entire team who helped us - and most importantly, our good boy - get through this.”

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and they make you feel like a valued regular even if it’s your first visit. everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious and really fresh. The pearls are perfectly chewy, and I especially recommend the brown sugar milk tea if you want something a little naughty. The shop is also clean and cozy, making it a nice spot to chill with friends. So glad to have this gem in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!”
