We are very happy with our 4m x 3m pergola which we purchased through Spa World Auckland. Michael was very helpful with advice and making the purchase happen. The delivery option was great also. From beginning to end a great experience!!! Michael was extremely informative when we went into the showroom and not pushy at all. We had done our research so knew which make we wanted and the Vortex Mercury was the one we picked. We were able to secure the price with a deposit even though we weren't moving into our house for 6 months and when the time came to secure the delivery, we popped in to see Michael and yet again, fantastic service, extremely professional but also personable. Smooth to get delivery sorted and the team that came and installed were also amazing, making the whole process stress free. Deliery included a great lesson in how to care for the spa and we are absolutely over the moon with it :-) THANK YOU MICHAEL and Jack and the team for a perfect installation!
We ordered our Fisher Swim E in March 2024, when our new home was a dream. We moved in in May 2025, and our swim spa was delivered in early June. We upgraded to get the Clearlift, which wasn't even a thing when we ordered. We are extremely happy, and using it most days, even in July! The Clearlift was well worth the investment. We've had excellent service all through the process, from Michael O'Loan as the salesperson, to Jack and Sharona who managed the installation. I highly recommend Spa World and the Fisher Swim E swim spa.
I just have to share my experience at Spa World, Mt Wellington, Auckland. Firstly the lovely salesperson Peter who was so helpful with my purchase of The Shadowspec "Retreat" umbrella, nothing was too much trouble, Peter and Michael were so helpful when my builder who was installing it, visited the showroom to check the operation of the umbrella before he installed it on my patio. I am more than delighted with the quality, design and nifty functionality of the "The Retreat", the product combines precision German engineering with style and class!, it tilts, extends and pivots in all directions. I am also so happy that it is made in a factory in Whangarei and is NZ made. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Spa world and the spectacular Shadowspec umbrella-so excited for more balmy, sunny, Auckland days, roll on summer. Thanks Peter & Michael :)
We had Peter Limpus as our sales consultant in Auck. He was brilliant with lots of help and suggestions. He made the decision on which swimspa to buy very easy. He even went above and beyond with sourcing quite a bit of info about swimming etc helping my husbands health issues. Sandra Wylie was our customer care contact and was also very helpful. Because of weather issues there was a long delay before the concrete slab could be done but everyone was very patient and we felt no pressure at all to hurry up. Due to such amazing people we dealt with, we went ahead and also ordered the Louvre roof and the Sauna. We've been using the pool for about 3 months and loving every minute of it. The roof is going up at the moment and then the Sauna will be installed. I'm sure we will love using them just as much as the pool. A great all round experience.
We went into Spa World recently looking to make a purchase but not 100% sure on what model of spa would suit. Pete at Spa World asked a few questions about what we would like and then showed us the options - lots to choose from. We finally settled on a Jacuzzi model and are very happy with our choice. The spa was delivered within a few days and installation was easy. Many thanks Pete!

We spent a lot of time researching & comparing spas as there are so many choices out there. Efficiency, low running costs, comfort, quality, depth and of course support were all factors. Peter @ Spa World was a huge help & there for us every part of the way. We settled on the Fisher7 & it’s been fantastic. Highly recommend the install package with stairs, chems etc- it made the whole process a breeze.
We purchased a Vortex Cobalt and from the minute we walked into the store to when we finished our wet test the whole experience was a pleasure. We dealt with Pete at the Sylvia Park, Auckland branch and found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable to the extent that we were going to have a look at another spa outlets but when we weighed up all the pros and cons with the Vortex range and the service from Pete, we decided this was the place we would like to purchase our spa from. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a spa go and talk to the team at Spa World before making the decision.
