I purchased a mid range set of plates and 1000lb bar the other week, and have used them frequently. Extremely competitive rate, it's early days so I can't accurately assess quality (update, 8 months in used on rubber pads, they're great, so great I bought 4 more 20's). Reception through to warehouse staff were helpful and friendly.

After doing some thorough research online for an affordable home gym equipment, I found that Lee Warehouse offers the best option which suited my personal needs and their pricing including shipping was within my budget so I went ahead and purchased a Smith machine model K1 and a 2.2m 300lbs 15kg Olympic barbell from their Henderson branch in West Auckland. Initially, I was kind of apprehensive about the product quality, the pricing including shipping cost (to Dunedin) and equally important, it's customer service. However, I received very good customer service over the phone as well as via emails throughout the entire purchasing process. My orders were shipped immediately the following day and I received all the seven packages in good order. Upon unpacking, all the parts were accounted for without any visible sign of damage in transit. The installation manual provided is printed in English and the illustrations provided are easy to understand. As for any flat-pack item which requires assembly, the Smith machine is no different. All you need is some common sense and able to think methodically. Overall, I am very pleased with the machine, the product quality, the sturdiness, the installation manual, the packaging, the fast delivery service and of course the affordable pricing. I would highly recommend Lee Warehouse to anyone who's looking to buy exercise equipment with a tight budget. Talk to them first and I am pretty sure you can achieve a win-win outcome.
