Needed to pick up a few items to fix my car, and Kiran was amazing, the team did their research fast, were accurate and investigated beyond what was asked so I could get on the road - really really excellent service and commitment to caring about the customer! Very very impressed!
Went to the Repco Henderson buy NGK spark plug and price $84 each, Staff told me buy spark plug in NZ very expensive... After I back home search OZ website, can get as same from Repco and price NZ$28 each plus free delivery to NZ. OMG..... I save $224...!¡!!+!
Shout out to Kritesh for his knowledgeable service! Was looking for a good but decent price car cleaning kit and he provided me with just what I needed. Tried the cleaning kit out the next day and the car looks great!
Helpful friendly staff. Ordered in what I needed that they didnt have in stock. They even fitted my wiper blades in between rain showers. Excellent service.

I don't know much about engines or parts and came by to collect some items my father-in-law needed. 'John' on the desk was super helpful and really understanding and friendly (and patient). Top notch service and help.
