βCompared with burger-king in Albany mega centre, I seem they do maintenance pretty well. When I wipe the table before I have my meal, the female manager saw it and came to wipe it out again. She has quite good sense of humor. And after the drive-through and uber eats order, I saw the staffs are trying to tidy up the bench, tables, chairs and floors.β

βJoanne was absolutely amazing! I went there 15 minutes before they closed, unfortunately there was a lil queue there waiting for service. All staff were lovely with smiles, especially Joanne who helped me with my account settings, did not even mentioned they were already closed or pushed me at all. 5 stars to Westpac Albany team!β
