   Went to the ATM to make a deposit for my business, but the atm was out of order. She offered to deposit it for me, but I couldnt get a receipt (which I needed) and even though she was clearly busy with a stack of paper work in front of her, she offered to put the atm back online for me. It took a couple of goes, but she got it. I super appreciate the friendliness of her service in such a busy branch.

   You shouldn't go in person for the weekend. The counter employee on the left answered all my questions in a brutal and rude manner: "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know what the physical problem is with your card!" I think senior managers should know not to force employees to work on holidays!

   5 Stars are so less to define the Outstanding Service that I received from the whole team esp. Jakson and then by Hailey. It was wonderful experience being assisted by Jakson in customer service front desk and later account opening and operations by Hailey Kim for me in the beginning and to my wife afterwards. Love the whole team! Cheers!

   Joanne was absolutely amazing! I went there 15 minutes before they closed, unfortunately there was a lil queue there waiting for service. All staff were lovely with smiles, especially Joanne who helped me with my account settings, did not even mentioned they were already closed or pushed me at all. 5 stars to Westpac Albany team!

   went in at the weekend to use their new ‘24/7 smart ATM’ yet it stole my money. I then went in and had to wait 20 minutes to get my money back in what i thought was a quick deposit. i then went up and asked if i could deposit through them, the unhelpful lady told me that ‘they don’t deposit in weekends’. Pretty useless branch/staff if you ask me.
