If I could give -0 stars, I would. Used Smartcash for months, paid on time, never missed a beat. Then I get a new job, my pay day changes, ONE DAY LATE = $50+ in random fees and processing nonsense. Cool, fine, adjusted the date, paid it, moved on. Then, because they had to change two tiny things on my application, I get hit with: "We have decided to decline your application as we are having to spend too much time having to double check and correct errors in your application." Lmaooo. They cannot handle human error, minor admin, or literally anything that requires thinking. Petty, lazy, and bureaucratically sad. If you like being treated like an inconvenience for doing literally normal human things, by all means, go for it. Otherwise, run. Find a lender that can process applications without needing a whole emotional support team. Smartcash? Trash-tier.

If there is an option of zero star, I would give them zero star. Absolutely hopeless and they don’t know what they doing. Rude and the way they handle things is not professional at all. Highly not recommend. Don’t go to them.

Really unprofessional and slow. Left email with "customer service" also left a voicemail. 5 days with no contact. So much for.......60 minute loan. Completely appalled at the lack of communication and customer service

High do not recommend. Very hard to make contact with them, and not that friendly to talk to. I saw the reviews when I originally applied for a loan. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. The process took forever as there was little to no communication. I thought I'd give them another try, went to ring them and there is no answer. Very poor. Won't be coming back here again.

Website is broken gives you error at end of application process, you try to ring up hto query the problem and direct to msg bank several times, you cannot speak to anyone bad service will go elsewhere
