   This place is full of emergency housing ? The type of people that actually stole my mother's phone well she was in an ambulance took all her medication. Then used the phone for access to bank account and paid some money to kudos and cleaned out accounts . Would like the video footage of the whole incident..All well she is having a heart attack. 9 police cars the night before with multiple broken windows from these low life tenants.

   This business will charge you $300 Dollors if you are caught drinking in your apartment then ask you to pay it before a certain day or you will be kicked out and if they see you drinking they will ask you to go in to your apartment and drink then penalize you the next day. That's a $300.00 Fine.

   We stayed here for 3 weeks. The room was excellent. Full furnished, clean and neat. The owner was also very welcome. I wish I could stay here in another trip.

   I stayed in a unit in the same complex. I strongly recommend you do not stay here! Very noisy, shouting, fighting and the police were even called. I was informed that these apartments are now being used for emergency housing.

   Once again a very pleasant stay with extra time to check out which was much appreciated. Have stayed here several times and have always been made most welcomed, reason for returning. We certainly recommend you to our family and friends in Australia if ever requiring somewhere to stay in Auckland. Thank you
