Not happy and unfriendly. NO TELEPHONE and NO SIGNAGE. Didn't even open door when knocked on both apartments. We have a disabled visitor so we absolutely need to check the environment in advance if the accommodation (esp.bathroom/ toilet) is disabled user friendly. I am 100% sure some one was inside when we visited today as they were parked cars outside both houses. Not friendly that's all the impression left with us. Waste of our time travelling specifically to here after careful Googling of exact location. I even went to the nearby Church Campground and a lovely & friendly elder Kiwi lady opened her door and showed me where to look for help. It was bright day light the time we visited not late at night. As I left the Church campground a Maori or Pacific Island (I cannot tell) man driving past me stopped and asked if I needed any help as I looked puzzled. He suggested a nearby motel in case we have got no alternative place to go and asked where I came from to visit NZ. So heart-warming and such a contrast!
