   Host contacted 2 days before we were due to check in, after taking the full payment from my CC to say that the property is not available as the property has been sold and has a permanent tenant. They claimed they blocked out the dates in July, but happily confirmed by booking in August and took money from me in November. It is also still showing as available in November/Dec. It seems they have also cancelled someone else's booking, claiming "financial issues," so not sure what to believe here. They set up free cancellation for me to cancel the reservation but now i have to wait 7-14 days for my $1500.00 refund and now I have to front more $$ for accommodation in the meantime.

   The house itself is great easy to access, location great for a Western Springs event. Two things let this property down, firstly not clean in multiple areas with an unusable BBQ. Secondly none of the kitchen basics available which would be excepted in this level of accommodation like pepper, coffee cooking oil and so on. The agent for this property was advised and they acknowledge this feedback.
