   This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. The location is brilliant there is fast food and takeaways within walking distance. It's far enough out of town but yet only a short drive into town. The room which is most important was clean and comfortable. The service and check in / check out was quick and easy. I was informed reception was open 24/7 but every time I went to reception between 9pm and 12am there was no one there. The breakfast was only centennial and not a proper cooked breakfast, but that suited me fine. I will definitely be back for another stay in the near future.

   Rooms are dated, and tvs are locked, meaning you can't connect anything to them, you can't connect things like a chromecast or a firestick, not even a laptop. The tvs don't even have YouTube. No streaming services at all. Also they only allow 1GB of free Wi-Fi each day, Crazy. For $210 per night there's much nicer much better options, but you'll need to travel to the CBD. Or Waitakere Resort & Spa, 15mns drive from Swanson. Quality Hotel Lincoln Green is close to many restaurants and takeaways, so there is that. But it's a poorly run dated facility. I initially checked in for a week but checked out after 2 nights and didn't stay overnight there at all, stayed with family instead. They did give passes for the trust arena gym & passes for the Henderson aquatic center, that's good. I definitely won't consider staying there again however.

   It’s very basic, but clean and comfortable. Service is great and the hotel is very secure. Reason for 3 stars is even though nightly rate is more than $200 there is no free unlimited wifi they give you 1GB as ‘complimentary’ anymore you want you have to buy it. TV selection is very limited, TVs are also old and not smart so can’t use Netflix or similar. Would expect a little bit more for a hotel with nightly rate of $200 or more. We would stay again but hope they do some upgrades to make the stay a bit more comfortable.

   Really enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Green hotel. Location was perfect, many food options within walking distance. Lots of parking on site. Rooms were clean, the place was quiet and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

   i paid for $250 for one night and the $100 bond is still not recieved. the receptionist said it'll take a couple of business day then now it's been 9th business day and still not recieved. Room was okay but i wouldnt pay $250 for the room i stayed and I wouldnt be complaining about the bond if i was told it might take up to 10 or 20 business days.

   We moved in this lovely hotel for temporary stay while our house is under reno, the office lady Pooja is amazing, she’s so helpful and considerate, and she offered us even better accomodation which suits our whole family! And all the staff here are hospitality and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is clean and feels really warm especially during this wet winter, all the facility are available, just feels like home. Location is fantastic, easy to get around to restaurants and parks which are just at door step. Highly recommend to anyone who’s either on family or business trip.

   Stayed here 15/07 in rooms 102 and 106. Rooms were very basic and were a little overpriced. Staff were friendly, parking wasn't a problem and the hotel is situated in close proximity to food/drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Expect traffic noise as the main road is close. 106 (Queen + Single w/view) only had a kettle with no kitchen sink or microwave. The cons weren't an issue for me but will be for others reading this. I enjoyed my stay and ended up getting room 306 too.
