“I went to this on one Saturday and the friendly and nice looking Filipino staff was amazing. She helped me reset my password which hasn't been used for ages and find some credits in my my account. With her wonderful service, I successfully completed my printing job. It is a shame I didn't get her name. I think she's a Filipino immigrant.”

“Nice little library, reasonable busy, good place to do some paperwork. Quite busy over the school break. Community group entertaining the children, but still good area to study.”
“I've walked past this place several times but never actually bothered to walk in. Did so the other day and it is a cute little pop up library; though unsure if this is temporary (though it is definitely a replacement for the old Leys Institution library). I couldn't see a toilet while I was here; but other than that a nice little library in Ponsonby to get your books from.”
“The best pharmacy I have been in Auckland. Very nice and helpful people. Free of charge for Gov medication. If you ask your GP to send the presentation to this pharmacy, it will be ready when you pick it up. Great service.”

“It's clean, the environment is calm and you're able to focus and get more work done as well as feeling like you have freedom and respect from your teachers. You're also allowed to just go to the bathroom, you don't need to ask for permission from your teachers which is a plus.”

“The Shelf is such a charming coffee shop! The decor is super cute, with unique and quirky items displayed on every shelf, giving it a cozy and fun vibe. They offer light snacks and some creative coffee options—like the sesame coffee, which I regret not trying. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, definitely a bit different from other coffee shops. It’s a lovely spot to hang out or even do some work on your laptop. As for the coffee itself, it’s good, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the unique ambiance!”
“Great straight forward signage, attentive staff in the enrolment/student services department. Very helpful, pleasant and thorough with my and others' enquiries. Nice campus. Convenient location to SH1, SH20 and Great South road and Otara shopping centre. Central to Botany, Ormiston, Hunter's Plaza, Mt. Wellington and Manukau malls.”
