   The best pharmacy I have been in Auckland. Very nice and helpful people. Free of charge for Gov medication. If you ask your GP to send the presentation to this pharmacy, it will be ready when you pick it up. Great service.

   Not good. The pharmacy door was closed and the pharmacist tried to talk through the glass door but her voice was too soft and muffled by the face mask. She treated me as if I had Covid or something else contagious. I just wanted to buy stamps and eye drops. I ended up just getting stamps only. Pretty sure she would not let me in to browse for eyedrops. Insisted on paywave payment and handled my card with tweezers and stood as far away from me as she could when she opened the door. I felt awful. They also handed me my stamps and card in a brown bag with tweezers too. Left for another pharmacy in the village to get the eyedrops instead. And Albany Village Pharmacy treated me as a customer. This was end Level 3. Never been there since to this pharmacy since they have treated me like an Asian person with a virus. The irony is that she was an Asian girl doing it to another. They don´t know much about customer service and clearly overzealous to the point of making people feel awful.
