I've sent numerous parcels from here and had no issues every time, gets to destination promptly. Staff are always friendly and attentive, never need to que, way better than the old post office in Albany.
I visited the post shop to return an item, but unfortunately, the package was sent back to my home address instead of the designated destination. The staff member assisting me appeared unsure of the process, and despite my clear explanation of the situation, she did not consult her colleagues for clarification. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident in sending any parcels through this location, as I am concerned they will not reach the intended destination. Additionally, the level of competence exhibited by the staff was not satisfactory.
As always, I’m very impressed by the lovely team at Library Lane NZ Post Office. You’re always greeted with a smile, there’s a nice seating area and sending parcels is a breeze with a lovely customer service. Great work, team!
Such a breeze sending things away from here. The team are always cheerful and helpful. They even give free stuff paper/bubble wrap. Great work.
