   Although not a Library Member I popped in last week for some downloading, printing, scanning. Not being very Tech Savvy I was assisted by a lovely lady called Angela who took me through it step by step and made the whole situation much easier than I anticipated. Angela is an absolute credit to this Library & I will have no hesitation going back. 5 Stars from me :-)

   One of the librarians was very rude and not at all helpful. She was unwilling to cooperate and spoke really harshly when I told her I was new and didn't know the exact counter to borrow books. Thankfully the head librarian came in eventually and helped me. It would be good to have training on basic courtesy and manners on how to deal with members.

   Such an amazing place with the most helpful staff! The place shows a lot of care for the guests. It is a perfect place where you can take your work from home stuff, and enjoy the environment at the same time.

   Most of the time I had a good experience visiting this library but not today. I might be biased but 1 librarian was very rude to me. I forgot my library card and asked if I could still print something. She asked me for ID and I said I didn’t bring it. She asked me “how did I get here?” and I’m like ????. All I needed to know is whether I can still print something without my card. There was more going on which is not worth sharing. I understood why she needed to verify my identity and I was happy to do it but I felt that she could have deal with me in a nicer and kind manner. She looks like she hates her job or something but it is not an excuse to be rude. As a person who has been working in customer service, I would have treated me differently and probably in a nicer way too. Anyways, I hope other librarians are not like this because Glenfield library is one of my favorite libraries to visit.

   A small community library with very friendly and helpful staffs. Other than books, videos, tapes and magazines ; free using of computers, copying. Free lap sit: singing and story telling to children.
