   I was fine with your wifi going down. I was fine having to come back another day to buy the charm. You lost me when the manager lied to me and told me that it was the last charm. I clearly saw more in the box! I would rather go out of my way to another store to get a charm. Would rather have respect and honestly over dodgy sales tactics.

   My husband went to buy me a present on my birthday and landed with a very discriminating lady. She offered my husband the charms with low prices without asking what he is looking for. My husband ask for more design and pick a charm/pendant and the lady said 'that's expensive'. My husband replied he likes it and bought it. She said the lady is not happy to serve him after bringing 3 tray of charms to choose. He experience the opposite in Manukau where they assisted and treated him well.

   I buy a bracelet and the add charms on every birthday for my granddaughters. Had a bracelet (which was never used by my 3 year old granddaughter) that needed fixing I was surprised when my request to have it fixed or exchanged was turned down. I think I made a bad choice of gifts in the first place. Will need to rethink future purchases from this brand.

   Young lady that served my wife and I was a delight, knew exactly what we wanted, we did let the store know how lovely we were treated by the young lady and will in future use this particular store again.

   Go here often and my experience varies, I went in earlier this year and the lady was so helpful and I found everything I was after even tho they didn’t have something in stock, she went out of her way to help me find it! I then went in a few days ago and there were 3 people working, one was with a customer, one was at the till, one was just on the floor, I asked for some help getting something and the lady at the till said “someone will be with you soon” then proceeded to walk out the back grab her stuff then go on break (I get breaks are important but what’s 5 more minutes?) the lady on the floor kept looking over at me and never helped. The lady with a customer never even acknowledged my existence. I waited for 15 minutes by a ring stand and ended up leaving empty handed

   My 1st time to try Pandora! Got some last minute Christmas gifts for myself and was served by Florence, although she forgot to packed in my clasp opener but I got it the next day without any hassle(course u need to show ur receipts). My kids was served by Angel, which is also helpful in finding the stuff that they wanted for mum. Kudos team Botany very accommodating/helpful
