   I recently purchased a birthday necklace for my girlfriend at Tiffany, and what should have been a joyful experience turned into a very disappointing one. The necklace was flawless when we tried it on in the store, but when we arrived home, we found clear defects. Most importantly, the staff did not package the exact necklace we tried on in front of us, so we had no way of confirming that the item we received was the same one we had inspected. When we returned to the store the next day to ask for an explanation, both the staff and the manager were unprofessional and constantly tried to shift the blame. There was no sincere apology at any point. What frustrated us even more was that the staff member—who was the same person who sold us the necklace—suggested that the damage was caused by us wearing it while sleeping, even though we never mentioned sleeping with the necklace on, and we do not have that habit at all. This assumption felt dismissive and unfair. Throughout the entire conversation, we did not feel respected or properly supported. The only “solution” they offered was to replace the necklace with a new one, but they completely ignored the emotional stress, the time we wasted, and the trust we had placed in the brand. There was no compensation or genuine concern for the inconvenience caused. What was meant to be a meaningful birthday gift ended up becoming a very upsetting experience. I truly hope the store takes customer service more seriously instead of pushing responsibility onto customers when issues arise.

   I visited this place with a friend on Saturday to buy my wedding rings. The store was busy but we were welcomed by all staff. Vicky Zhang was very helpful, she spent nearly an hour with us, showed us different ring styles. She listened to my concerns and respected my choice. She sent me an email with all information about the rings I liked. Her customer service is outstanding.

   I recently bought an engagement ring from Tiffany & Co for my partner. Liz helped me to look up the suitable ring and transfer it from Europe. It was so hard to find a diamond that match my birthday within the budget and satisfying all of our requirements,and she did it. My partner & I were so happy about it. We have been to the shore to talk in person for many times and I also asked a lot of questions after hours(being so annoying). She was being patient all the time. Lizzzzzz u r amazing!!!

   Great place to look for diamond. Diamond 1 crt, it’s so beautiful! Classic building design adding an elegant vibrance. Strategic location in city center, Britomart area, plenty of public transport available here, but if you drive it will be hard to look for roadside parking. Friendly & great service. They also have branch in T Galleria, the duty free shop nearby. If you are a tourist, like myself, you can get a 15% discount for the tax deduction, feel free to contact the store for further information.
