I visit this shop regularly, donate stuff and buy stuff. But today had disappointing service from the lady at the till, like she was upset to serve me. She also rang up another sale while she was attending to me. I took 3 bags from the $5 dollar rail and she didn't want to put my last item in the bag. Which was her choice. Just wondering why she is working for a charitable organisation. Very bad, disappointing service!

I was at the store today and almost every week I visit the shop and I'm loving coming there as they have good prices, not everything I bought it's for my own use ,most of them is for those people in my home town who is unfortunate to buy clothes so I was happy to encounter their fill a bag $5,since they don't provide a bag while your shopping so i picked first then went to the counter and fill it in,I've got two bags and both are still have enough space for 2 or 3 clothing ,so I add on 1 item but they refused,a bit disappointed but still I stayed in the shop and end up bought $60 more. I had existing card which they give a stamp for $10 every purchase, and will give you $10 rebate once you complete the card, that is really great but since since my first card just needed 2 stamps and I have remaining 4 stamps to go for other card, they don't want to deduct $10 ,just because I completed it today and that's where I don't get the sense of it,if they could have a clear policy on that card, that would be helpful as every time I visit and claim my rebate, it's totally deducted once it's full and don't have to come back the next time having more than two cards,in that case,it would be better to split the payment ,coz matter how much you purchase even you complete 2 or three cards, would not matter just because you purchase on that day, then how about if you are just a visitor on that place, that means you wouldn't get the privilege of your card. I'm just disappointed, there should be a clear and standard policy for everybody, not one say like this ,the other say differently. I hope you could do something about it,if not sure how to deal,it's always better to ask the manager, rather than leaving a bad impression to the customer.

I visited this store looking for a plain black blazer for a costume. I found one, but they were selling it with black pants that I didn't need (and didn't fit me). I approached the counter and asked would they consider selling the blazer separately. The nice girl behind the counter asked her manager, (an older lady with short grey hair.) She denied, which is fine.. BUT.. she was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and had this foul look on her face. I was caught off guard. I paid for both the blazer and pants but left them the pants to re-sell... That encounter with that awful lady really ruined my day!! Super disappointed. To that lady, If you're reading this, I hope your week gets better.. but please do better around your customers and don't take it out on them.

This OP shop is well set out & clean. There is a good selection in their clothing section. The prices though are a little more pricey for an op shop. But you can find some nice brands for average prices. If you have time & love looking around op shops then it is worth a look.
