The staff there is so sweet and kind and so patient i had a great time there. One of the staff named Tori was really sweet and went out of her way to help me repair my bracelet which really made my day as that bracelet was my favourite. She was so kind during the whole experience and both times when i bought from there i had a lovely experience with her. Definitely give them a 10/10!

Iβm extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Newmarket Pandora store. I visited on Saturday 7th June around 5-6pm in regarding a bracelet I purchased less than 3 months ago, which had broken despite being well looked after and still under warranty. The glue attaching the bracelet to the metal clasp failed, causing it to detach. When I asked for help, the staff member instantly accused me of damaging it myself which is completely untrue and very upsetting. She didnβt even take a moment to look at my warranty receipt before making that judgment. Instead of assisting me properly, she told me to go buy glue and a clamp to fix it myself. I found this completely unacceptable for a product still under warranty. Her dismissive tone and lack of care left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. After reading recent reviews for this store, it seems like poor service and lack of proper training is a recurring issue with the staff at Newmarket Pandora. I expected better from such a well known brand. I hope Pandora seriously looks into this and takes action to improve their customer service standards.

Excellent customer service! Shoutout to the young, Korean staff member (I'm so sorry I missed your name). It was a busy afternoon and she was attending to 2 groups of customers already when we arrived. We did have to wait for our turn. While she was letting them have a think, she then asked us what we were after. I showed her the photo of the sale ring I was looking for. She immediately knew where to find it. Got my size and done! She asked if I was interested to see any other items, but I just wanted the one. She politely excused herself from the other customers as they were still looking and took me to the counter for payment. She was so calm under pressure, and so patient with ALL of the customers, not leaving anyone out. She made me feel very valued even if I just purchased a sale item. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

I have had the worse experience ever. My wife got a faulty bracelet that she bought online, and we went to the Queen ST Store to exchange it, and the staff there was always very friendly and helpful and said they didn't have one to replace, but we could find it in the Newmarket store. So the next day, we visited this store, and funnily enough, the store assistant said that my wife didn't get it like that and insinuated my wife broke it. She said she couldn't exchange or replace it because it was hard to believe what she was saying, and she would need her manager's approval, but the manager was not there, so it would be better to go through the online form and try it online. My wife loves pandoras bracelets, necklaces, rings and charms, and we are used to buying them either online or on Queen Street, and we had never faced such a problem before. The Newmarket store assistant basically said she was lying.

Went in for my birthday and Vicky helped me and my mum out. She helped us get the best of the promotion and was super friendly, very patient as I tried on/looked at a bunch of stuff. She was honestly the best and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free! Someone give her a bonus or a promotion because thatβs probably the best customer service Iβve had in a long time (plus the store was really busy at the time and she made sure we didnβt feel rushed at all). I got a lot of stuff and she helped me choose the best options!
