The store had a great vibe and all the staff were friendly. Cate was awesome to deal with charismatic and genuinely helpful. I had no idea what to get my girlfriend, but she gave me a few options and made my life a lot easier. Highly recommend !
Not the same Pandora as we all know but still a fun place to visit. Kids got a lollipop while we check it out. Didn't buy anything but the owner ( I think she was the owner) a very friendly person. No tip jar!
The store manager Faye is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was so helpful regarding my inquiry and able to provide me with the best advice in terms of having my problem resolved. I couldn’t recommend her service more!
Pathetic when comes to time management, the opening time they say is 9 am, had a very cut to cut schedule just managed to reach sharp nine am to the store wanted some charms for my daughters, they didn't open on time, if they have delays they should mentions as customers should not be misleaded. Called the contact details as well mentioned in their site no one answered.
Do not recommend. They tried to rip me off today. I came in wanting to to buy ring for my wife, that she previously selected on Pandora website. The ring on website costs $189. Lady in store told me that she doesn’t have that ring, but she has a better one that is made of gold, not gold plated. The gold ring she offered was for $560, but it looked exactly the same as the one on website for $189. When I asked if she can order the ring I want she raised her voice that she is not doing that, and it would take more than a week to get it here (even though I can get it delivered from the website in 2-4 days). I left the store and checked the website, just like a thought there is no ring on the website that would be gold and cost $560. She tried to sell the standard gold plated ring as gold, just three times more expensive!
The person that was serving us was Faye, she served us really well and gave us great recommendations!!

I am a Pandora regular with most of my big jewelry collection being by this brand. The arrogance and condescending attitude I received during my few visits in this shop is unreal. The lady wearing interesting hairstyles and eyelash extensions is extremely arrogant and unfriendly. She keeps switching to their language ( 3 sales assistants being Philippino I believe) and talking about the customers while serving. That gives a weird feeling of not being welcomed at all- especially as after she speaks sth in their language the other two keep dropping glances at the customer they are discussing. Or frowning when you return to the shop to pick up the item (“oh that’s her again..”) - which made me seriously question whether I should ever go there. Seriously, it is just funny seeing these unprofessional people entertaining themselves by gossip and showing customers the attitudes.
Every time I walk into this store, I am greeted with such warmth. I highly recommend this store for service. Year in and out - just amazing
Very lovely sales assistant, that was helpful and polite. Happy to show me many items. She took the time, to explain what Pandora has to offer in sales and to look up items. A very good shopping experience at Queen street, Pandora will go again.
