She understood just what I wanted And when I did find the place .which was listed with another company. She was so amazing. Has I was stress out with so many offers on my house now. I tell all my friends about her if they selling or buying. Hattie very smart and very patient has I looked at heaps off place .she was very honest too. Which I did not find with other agents. Auckland CBD is a good downhill walk. Totally recommend.”

“If speed was a person it would be the little pocket rocket Leona who we now have the delight of calling our property manager (check back in soon lol) seriously though she was lovely upon viewing the property we were interested in and that same day doing checks and shortlisting people so we didn’t just have to twiddle our thumbs and wait! “Loved the location of this place! Next to Cafe and 10 mins walk to the nearest mall! Also direct bus services to the city and around and just next to the Morningside Train station! Great if you don’t own a car or a looking for an intermediate place to rent between places! Enjoyed a private stay. Although having your own network would be great and good if you don’t mind abit of husstle and bustle till late as the place bar near by is rather busy on weekends and some weekdays :)”

“We stayed at Cordis for a girls’ night and it was exactly what we needed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and the whole place felt relaxing and calm. The facilities are fantastic – the rooftop pool was warm and we honestly felt like we were on vacation. Our room (21713) had a stunning view looking out over the city, the Sky Tower and right across the water to Rangitoto. Such a lovely stay and a great spot for a little getaway in the city. Would happily come back again”

“Staying at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is perfect with beautiful waterfront views and easy access to restaurants and the city. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The housekeepers even gave my son a free KitKat which made him so happy. Small touches like this really made a difference.”

“Club K9 has been an absolute lifesaver for our family and our dog, Eva. From the moment we drop her off, she’s greeted with so much love and enthusiasm that it’s clear how much the team genuinely cares about the dogs in their care. Eva always comes home happy, tired (in the best way) and well-cared for, which tells us she’s had a fantastic day. The staff are professional and friendly, and we also love how attentive they are to Eva’s individual needs, ensuring she’s comfortable and thriving during her visits.”

“Our family had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Manukau. We loved the accommodation—the suite was very spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to relax and feel comfortable. ​The good breakfast was the perfect way to start our day, and we especially appreciated how incredibly welcoming the staff were throughout our visit. For travelers, the location is ideal, offering a quick and short driving distance to Auckland Airport (AKL), which made our morning departure absolutely stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“This Bed & Breakfast is simply amazing. Leonie, the owner is the kind of person that will go over and above to make sure that you are comfortable during your stay at Amberwood. I recently got married and had half a dozen guests from overseas stay at her property, and Leonie treated them all like her own family. One of our guests was unwell during her stay, and Leonie even went to the Chemist in the middle of the night to buy some much needed medication. Her breakfasts are epic, and her kindness is immeasurable. This B & B is highly recommended:)”

“OMG! What an experience! We left our German Shepherd in a pet lodge for the second time and first time with Fairfield Pet Lodge. We are super impressed with the Fairfield: facilities are huge, everything looks super professional. We could see that our dog absolutely enjoyed his stay, he was even washed and brushed - we have never seen our dog so bright and fluffy. The only question I have is who was on holiday - we or the dog? Looks like the dog...))) Will definitely be back!”

“I can’t recommend this daycare enough! I send my puppy to daycare once a week, and she is so excited to go that she pulls me to reception in the mornings and when I pick her up she tears around the corner with a big smile on her face like she’s had the best day ever! I’ve also noticed a number of times she’s tried to shower members of the team in kisses which she only does when she really loves someone ❤️ Katy has always been so flexible like the time I showed up when daycare was closed for Christmas and she still took Lulu for the day or the 6mths that she kept Lulu’s space while I recovered from a head injury. And I love when I get updates at pickup about the friends she played with that day! It is so obvious through Lulu’s excitement, how well she’s taken care of and how much she loves her daycare. As Lulu’s mum it’s really nice for me to know she’s having the time of her life when I’m at work so thank you so much Katy and team!”

“We had the most fantastic experience at Mudbrick - I highly recommend visiting! Brooke did our tasting, she was so friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. The wine was absolutely delicious (we went for the “Waiheke Tasting” and we loved all four of the wines). We sat outside, the views were incredible across the island and Auckland in the background. The waiting staff were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious and so aesthetically pleasing. The foccacia was the best I’ve ever tasted!”

“Had an AMAZING time. I never post reviews but I have to say their staff was super friendly, my partner and I loved the kayaks available and the bay nearby was perfect for a swim when the tide was in. The accomodation was very clean, had a great set up with a huge fan on the room to keep cool in the summer. Waiting for another available date to open up and will definitely be booking again!! Also..catching the bus to Countdown and Oneroa (the main beach and town) was really easy, with the bus stop only being a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend :))”

“Awesome experience! Amazing locations with incredible views and very close by to all the main attractions of the island - but you definitely do need a car. Wood burning stove outside to keep you toasty in the evening and super fun wild / camping weekend! Charlie was absolutely delightful and so helpful! Would definitely recommend this place!”
