Great place to say for our Canadian family as an interim stop. A short walk to the beach and Orewa town centre. Extremely clean, tidy and well stocked with everything you could need. Margay Property Management have been managing our Holiday Home since 2006. Because we didn't live in Auckland we needed somebody to take care of everything including Marketing, Cleaning and Maintenance. We had a fantastic stay at a property in Auckland managed by Margay Property Management. The house was perfect for our needs and even exceeded our expectations. Lovely decor, very warm and well stocked. The property was very safe and secure. It was easy to locate and access. The information provided was excellent and the property managers were very responsive when we had questions. We had a very comfortable stay and will certainly try and stay here again when we are next travelling to Auckland.
We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at Stanmore Bay Beach House. The house was in a beautiful location, just minutes walk from the beach (which in itself is just beautiful...these photos don't do it justice). The view from the living area is just breathtaking, it spans the whole coast line! The house itself was sparkling clean and had everything you could wish for in a home away from home. Jayne was just amazing to deal with (all the way from Australia) and made our NZ trip one to remember. Thank you Jayne! We can't wait to return, it was just perfect!!
