Our dog has been going to Woodlands for many years and loves it, as do we. Their genuine care, training, reliable pick-up service and professionalism all make our busy family life much easier and we know that Rosie is in the best of hands. We would not hesitate to recommend Angela and the Woodlands team.
We have been so pleased to have our Zoe become part of the Woodlands Dog family! It’s fantastic to see how much the staff all care for the dogs. Every week our dog gets so excited whenever we tell her it’s “doggy walk day””. She waits at the window, watching for her friends to pick her up. We love knowing our dog is in safe hands, and that she is cared for by staff who are all passionate to help dogs thrive. You can see all the fun had in lots of incredible photos that document each play day.
We have been part of the Woodlands family for 3 years. Our dog started there as a puppy and has loved every minute. He is a full time attendee and is so excited every morning when the van pulls up to go see his friends. He loves everyone caring for him at Woodlands. I have always felt that he is genuinely cared for, the team are great at keeping us informed and I would highly recommend Woodlands to anyone needing some care for their pup!
Our dog Polly is absolutely obsessed with her days at Woodlands. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made choosing Woodlands, after having some negative experiences with other providers. We are just so happy with their services, the staff are incredible, Polly adores them all and has picked up some amazing behaviours from the hard work of the team. Honestly couldn’t recommend you guys more!
Woodlands Dog Retreat is awesome! Bubbles loves going each Tuesday & quite often she is waiting by the door for her pick up. The whole team are just fantastic. Each day on Facebook there are so many photos of all the dogs all looking so happy. Bubbles must have a great time out there as she is so tired after her drop off. I couldn’t recommend a better place for your fur baby to go to.
My partner and I were using Woodlands Dog Retreat for a while before we found evidence of the use of electronic collars at Woodlands on our dog, despite not requesting this and being told by staff that electronic dog collars are not used. This was also confirmed by former staff of Woodlands Dog Retreat. This is dishonest to the customer and unethical. They also have extremely unreasonable cancelation policies, where even if you give five days notice, they say they will still charge you unless they "have another dog to fill the spot before then", despite them already having far too many dogs to be able to handle in the first place, and as such, having to resort to using electronic collars to manage them. Unfortunately I will never be using Woodlands ever again.
The best place on earth for your fur baby. They take such amazing care of our boy, especially his favourite Tayla. We would be absolutely lost without her, Ange and the team. Thank you! Action shot of happiness for reference!
Woodlands Dog Retreat is a fantastic place for your four legged family members. Convenient pick-up and drop-off service. They go above and beyond for the dogs and always have the dogs best interest in mind. I also love the daily updates and photos of all the doggies hanging out. It is so great to know Indy is in a safe and loving environment. Angela is very prompt and kind hearted. Luke is exceptionally friendly and patient. 11/10
Angela and the team at Woodlands are absolutely fantastic. My two dogs love going and come back so happy and tired. It has been great for them to socialise in a safe environment and to get lots of exercise in the huge space that Woodlands offers. Angela is very prompt at answering any questions and the communication is excellent. My dogs are well looked after and I always look forward to the photos at the end of each day! I highly recommend Woodlands as an awesome day out for all fur babies!
Our girl loves going to Woodlands Dog Retreat 2 days a week. She is so well socialised and the trainers have taught her very good dog etiquette which makes when we are out in the community so much easier when we are greeted by a new dog or people. Even our vet is surprised at how well behaved she is which is all thanks to starting her at Woodlands at such a young age. I love that they pick her up and drop her off which she loves as she gets a full day of being in a pack environment where she is continuously learning new things. Angela and her team are great at communicating and the daily photo's show us snippets of her fun filled days on acres of land.
