   The room was spacious and clean. There were enough pillows on the bed to sink a battleship which is good when watching tv and wanting to fully sit up. There's nowhere for the extra pillows at night except on the floor. A couch would have been nice to sit and watch tv after meals instead of the bed or the dining chairs. The fridge was too small. There was no sink - had to fill kettle from the bathroom. The drapes were long and thick - great for privacy. During the day if you want privacy you have to keep them closed as there are no nets to stop anyone looking in. The ranch slider is your access into the room... and also access for the dog to walk in when it pleases. I don't dislike dogs but I dislike turning around in my own space and jumping and yelling in fright when I see dog has crept in. And I also don't like dogs trying to jump up on me, which is what it was trying to do as I was locking the door to go out. It's not a small dog. It's not as quiet a place as you'd think it'd be as Mill Rd is very busy, even during the night.

   We stayed three nights at this place. Great stay Katie is a wonderful host and keeps in touch to check if anything is needed. We arrived late at night and it was nice to walk into a warm room with the heater on. We had picture problems with the TV, after mentioning this to Katie, that afternoon we had a brand new TV. Comfy bed, good breakfast choices and very clean. Would stay again for sure.

   My 12yr son and I stayed for 5 nights in Feb and we both loved it. So peaceful and private. You get the country feel whilst mins from city life. My boy loved playing with their uber friendly dog Chase and as a cat lover had the pleasure of entertaining their ginger cat. He also had brief morning chats with the sheep and popped over to say hello to the horses. Kate is a lovely hostess and we would definitely stay again. It's very clean, very quiet and I highly recommend it to all! I've been back twice since my first review and everything was just as good as the first time :)

   Woodbury Farm is a splendid, private and very secure B&B offering a well appointed, airy and light filled living space that gave us a very comfortable four day stay. A nearly full wall of glass opens onto a large tree shrouded private deck, enhancing the openness of this fine retreat. Our host, Katie, graciously and kindly attended to and assured that all our privacy and living comfort needs were satisfied. Touring cyclists will especially appreciate the secure open space we often need to tune and service our bikes.
