“It’s a tiny drive into the cafe. Drive slow you can zip right past it. Delicious Altura coffee. Lots of food options both in the cabinet and on the board. About 5 or 6 tables outside great on a sunny day. If there’s any left when you get there try the cheese scone !!!”

“I'm not normally one to right reviews but these guys deserve it. After driving over half of Auckland looking to buy a fridge, these guys, in particular Andrew, were absolutely amazing. I was not dressed up and had been ignored by all the retailers and sales people at other businesses I had visited prior to Magness Benrow but these guys gave me amazing customer service and I was not judged by my appearance. Andrew was very knowledgeable, I told him what I was needing and asked for his opinion and he suggested many points across the fridges I was looking at that I hadn't even thought of. Andrew made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I purchased the Fridge on Saturday and it was delivered to my house Tuesday. No delays, very efficient. The delivery guys were great! They were very careful and even moved my old fridge into the garage for me. A+++++ will be coming here for any new appliances in the future.”

The guys are also a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Dean and Franz are both fantastic, especially Franz whom we've met twice. With the pandemic and all there's understandably challenges with shipping and logistics and it's a worldwide problem - the team at Smooch has been able to keep us up to date with the shipment of our orders, and to provide accurate updates. We received our goods within the time frame we were told, and while waiting for our shipment to be delivered, the team at Smooch also provided us with a set of loan sofa. Absolutely incredible!
