With the pandemic and all there's understandably challenges with shipping and logistics and it's a worldwide problem - the team at Smooch has been able to keep us up to date with the shipment of our orders, and to provide accurate updates. We received our goods within the time frame we were told, and while waiting for our shipment to be delivered, the team at Smooch also provided us with a set of loan sofa. Absolutely incredible!
