   What a fantastic place to shop. After trying to track down a Smeg freestanding stove across Auckland, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided by Gerard and the knowledge of his product at this store. Other shops didn't even come close to the enthusiasm displayed by the staff of Kitchen Things Westgate. Not only did I get a great price for my stove but they even arranged a electrician to come and install it! Nga mihi nui (Well done) Gerard and Alison.

   Great and knowledgeable sales staff that goes out of their way to help you. But disappointing after sales service when things go wrong. We bought a top end Smeg Microwave for a new build but within two years, the combi microwave is totally rusted inside. I expected better service when you spend over $11k on kitchen appliances.

   Had a wonderful experience with the lovely Linda Ng at the Westgate store. Very knowledgeable and helpful; great customer service. Purchasing NEFF allowed us the luxury of a forward order for 1year which is perfect for our new build, and enabled us to lock in a great price during a time of high inflation growth.

   We have been to this store twice in the last couple of months....once for a dishwasher and once for a new oven / cooktop. Both times we have been impressed with the friendly and very knowledgeable customer service of Gerard. Also very happy with the price both times, they have some very sharp price points for what we wanted. We would definitely reccomend going there for your appliance needs.
