   I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service we received from BedsRus Westgate. My mother purchased a double mattress, and upon reviewing the invoice, we noticed that the mattress protector and pillows were listed but not provided. My mother contacted the staff member, who apologized and claimed it was an error. However, we pointed out that the items were listed on the invoice, indicating that they should have been included. The staff member continued to apologize and claim it was a mistake. We visited the store to present the invoice, and the manager repeated the apology and mistake explanation. We attempted to clarify that the items were listed on the invoice, but the manager threatened to call the police. My mother agreed to wait, but after a staff member returned, we inquired about the police, and the manager continued to apologize and claim it was a mistake. We left without the mattress protector and pillows, which we were entitled to as part of the blackout sale. I advise against purchasing a mattress from BedsRus, as they failed to honor the terms outlined on the invoice. We are still awaiting a resolution to this issue and for the company to acknowledge their mistake.

   We ordered a nice new king mattress on line, easy Peasy, through Mt Wellington head office the sale was directed through Northwest store. The assistance received from their staff members IVAN and ASH was extremely helpful. Our new bed was delivered today and we are very pleased.
