“Absolutely cannot fault the service we received here! I emailed earlier in the week to enquire about the duration of a sale and they responded promptly. We went in today to purchase three car seats in order to fit three across in our vehicle. Jen served us and went absolutely above and beyond. She helped us to pick the right seats, talking us through pros and cons of a few seats, she then helped us to trial the fit for the three and then properly install all of them. At my novice level, perhaps equally impressive (pic attached) was the way I installed it! Note to business owner: Looking at previous comments, it's always a good gesture to respond to/acknowledge comments publicly. This is a fairly good indication of customer focus.”
