   Went to BB and B St Lukes this week with my uncle to buy a pillow, and walked out with a few more items then intended but grateful to 2IC Sue who made us feel so welcome. Sue was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at home. We left with the correct items thanks to Sue. Sue thank you for going above and 'beyond' see what I did there? Jacquiline and Peter.

   THE BEST experience shopping on Saturday... there is a reason I travel from Mt Wellington to St Luke's Branch, the service is always exceptional. I was in a fluster and rush (and I can be aloof and a little off-hand)... I would like to mention the manager Rekha especially as she delivered great service without any pressure and then I was also assisted to my car with the items by Aneella - fantastic job ladies - thanks!

   Honestly speaking great stuff at store but Customer service is pathetic and staff was not helpful at all and Specially one Indian Lady treated me very badly and she was not answering properly to my questions and No fitting room to try out

   Hit and miss re staff to be honest. The Indian lady that served me was lovely, helpful and all round nice. Some of the other staff lack energy and their faces would crack if they ever smiled, also looking down your nose at customers says a lot about you. To be fair the above comment is directed at one lady in particular. Otherwise the store is packed with good quality bedding linen towels and accessories at great prices. Be sure to become a member, you'll receive member discounts.

   One staff followed my partner and I around the store our entire visit!! I assume it’s because we are brown therefore fit the stereotype of shoplifters which is racist! We were in there to buy xmas gifts which we eventually did after the staff member followed us around for about 15 minutes. Do better.

   Wheelchair accessible but a bit compact to move around in. This store has a variety of products and brands to look at. When they have their discounts or specials it is well worth to buy. I have purchased my bathroom scales with up to a 40% discount..towels face cloths mirrors etc.. Helpful staff always a good shopping experience there.
