“Update 01/2025: Been taking my Audi here for nearly 10 years, 98% of the time. The one time I didn't (due to laziness on my part), the other shop screwed it up hard. Thankfully Brodie's helped investigate the issue and their report ensured the other shop fixed their screw up. Lesson learned. I ain't letting anyone else touch my car. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable of all things VAG. Just make sure to book well ahead. They are popular.”

If there's WOF issues (minor), they'll ask you politely to get it fixed yourself or they can do it for you, wherein I let them and away I go passed and happy as.”

“A great place for repairs, servicing and WOF. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Before the work was done she explained everything that my car needed and gave me a competitive quote. Everything was done really quickly and they gave me a courtesy car before I even asked!”

“We bought a toyota hiace in good condition. During the test drive with Nasar we heard a weird noice coming from the tire and we drove directly to a garage so they could have a look at it. Pars cars paid the repairs. After a few weeks of traveling our inverter died, after contacting for help they made sure we got a new one (all the way in Wellington trough a Repco). We recommend Pars auto for sure, they are not that higher in price in compairson to fb, and give some warrenties on certain parts (motor parts for example). They also explained and helped to get the car on our names etc. If you are looking for a van give them a call!”

“Very friendly and helpful place. They did a scan and cleared the code on my Toyota Prius which was causing it to disable the hybrid system. They did this for free which they didn't have to and which the last 3 places I called refused to do.”

“I had a engine warning light show up on my holiday in Auckland me thinking it was the transmission warning on an Audi S6. Very scared to drive it anywhere and on the day before a long weekend I rang Aqualitat. They saw me within 30minutes and ran a scan on the car and advised it was a faulty sensor unrelated to the transmission. They saved my piece of mind and my holiday. Great people and great service I will always go back to them.”

“Someone rear ended me on a Wednesday, called my insurance company immediately. They referred my claim to Repair Hub which then called me the same day and booked me for an assessment the following Tuesday. Visited Repair Hub on said day and was assessed by Cameron. I was told they ordered the replacement panel and need the car for three days. I was given a 2019 Corolla courtesy car (nice unit). That was Tuesday, by the following day, I received a call that my car is ready the next day Thursday (the replaced panel was ceramic coated too as my car was coated from new) . Extremely good experience. Kudos to Repair Hub!”
