   Great company, they really care about what they are selling! The vans are superbly equipped and prepared and they check the engines very carefully! The range of cars and vans ist large and if you can't find the perfect one, they offer to adjust it to your wishes! Meanwhile you get the best coffee and enjoyable conversations with the boss Naser who is also willing to teach you driving in the chaotic traffic of Auckland! Highly recommended!!!

   We bought a toyota hiace in good condition. During the test drive with Nasar we heard a weird noice coming from the tire and we drove directly to a garage so they could have a look at it. Pars cars paid the repairs. After a few weeks of traveling our inverter died, after contacting for help they made sure we got a new one (all the way in Wellington trough a Repco). We recommend Pars auto for sure, they are not that higher in price in compairson to fb, and give some warrenties on certain parts (motor parts for example). They also explained and helped to get the car on our names etc. If you are looking for a van give them a call!

   We came here in search of a self-contained campervan that would be ready to drive within a day and they took a lot of time to show us all the suitable vehicles they got, answered all our questions and we found a reasonable price for a car with solar panel and a little fridge. The car was cleaned and the fridge prepared before we got it. They even hosted us for a night while waiting for the car to be ready and drove us to AA to take care of the change of ownership and the insurance and to my former car trader to take care of the refund I got for the old car. The cars are in good shape, they are mostly old cars, but we found one with a reasonable mileage and service, WOF all you need. When the solar panel broke within the first days, they paid for the repairs. They give a mechanical warranty of up to 3 months. We felt welcomed, well informed, and the whole atmosphere around the garage felt transparent, non-pressured and we could ask questions and so far communication with the car trader remains good. The selling staff is mostly work and travellers and they were very nice and supportive. If you do not want to buy with a private seller, I would recommend going here.

   I bought my car at Pars and had a really great experience! They did lots of checks on the car before I bought it. The guy from the pre-purchase inspection told me it was in good condition and that they had already done a lot to take care of it. We found a few small things like a bit of surface rust on the roof and a door lock that didn’t work properly. Naser agreed to fix everything before I picked up the car — and they actually did! He even gave me a short driving lesson and some tips about driving in New Zealand, which was super helpful. After about three weeks, I noticed a small oil spot under the car. I contacted Naser, and the issue was fixed quickly without any problems. While waiting for the new parts, I could even sleep in my car on their property for free and use all their facilities (including the really good espresso machine ☕). Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. Great service, honest people, and I definitely recommend buying a car here!

   Highly recommend going to see Nassar for your camper van needs. He has a ton of vans in all different sizes and prices. Once you've chosen a van that fits your liking and budget, he will show you what he has done to the van mechanically. If the van isn't 100% ready, he walks you through what he has to do to get it on the road. He makes the process easy and quick by doing all the certifications to get it on the road and self-contained. The shop is very impressive. He is an honest, patient, and very trusting individual. He made us coffee, dropped us off at the insurance office, and he fixed the things we mentioned right away. We tried to transfer money through transferwise, and it was a pain. Nassar was patient through the entire process, and in the end, it failed, so we paid in cash instead. We have been driving the car for over two weeks now and it's fantastic. Thank you Nassar it was a pleasure to do business with you, and I wish you good fortune. Please pay in cash it's a lot easier for everyone. (Trust me)

   HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Pars Auto has a large variety of cars and vans to suit any budget. The owner is trust worthy, honest and knowledgeable. The custom build is unlike any vans I have seen. It’s a quality design that’s functional with plenty of storage. You will walk away with WOF and a van that’s ready to hit the road. The owner was very friendly and communicative. He went out of his way to help us. We noticed the van we bought was missing a cigarette outlet and he got the electrician to come fix it the very next day. He even dropped us off at AA so we could buy insurance! The one month warranty he gives is very helpful, we checked out a few things we were curious about two weeks after we purchased the van. Finally when our payment didn’t go through he was very understanding and waited for us to get cash. Thank you to everyone in this shop that was so kind to us and greeted us warmly every time we went there. Thank you Nassar we really love it!!!

   My partner and I bought a Nissan Serena Campervan from Pars Auto in October last year. It’s been excellent! Plenty of cars and vans to choose from, most on the simple and cheaper end of the market, and Naser the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Our little van has been reliable and let us explore north and south for 6 months without issue. If you’re looking for a cheap and cheerful camper that doesn’t cost the earth, would highly recommend!
