Update 01/2025: Been taking my Audi here for nearly 10 years, 98% of the time. The one time I didn't (due to laziness on my part), the other shop screwed it up hard. Thankfully Brodie's helped investigate the issue and their report ensured the other shop fixed their screw up. Lesson learned. I ain't letting anyone else touch my car. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable of all things VAG. Just make sure to book well ahead. They are popular.

I’ve been using Brodie European for both my car servicing and WOF inspection, and I’ve had consistently positive experiences. Marcel’s communication has been clear, detailed, and prompt. The service has been efficient and of high quality. I highly recommend Brodie European for their reliable and professional service.

I asked them to check my car to see if it would pass a WOF, and to see what was not working for my boot to unlock as there was an intermittent fault. They told me it would fail a WOF as my front and rear brakes needed replacing, and not just the pads, the rotors as well! They also couldn't tell me anything I didn't know about the boot. I took my car to a VTNZ the very next day and it passed the WOF with a note that the front brake pads only would need replacing before the next WOF. Saved my self $1340 (what they quoted for all the brakes), although still cost over 200$ for 1 hour of labor that was no help at all.

Marcel's communication and customer service was exceptional. I had a 2011 VW Beetle which was on its last legs. Marcel took the time to source the cheapest parts and talk through the various options several times to nurse it through its last years. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys were great, brought in a golf with a fairly random and non-descript issue and they diagnosed and fixed very quickly (

I brought my car in for a diagnosis. Picked it up the next day and was given a diagnosis that would result in hundreds/thousands in repair costs. I took my car to the dealership for a second opinion and they diagnosed that my car just needed a software update, proceeded with the update and then my issue was completely resolved. I emailed Brodie European to notify that they misdiagnosed and could’ve caused me a large amount of money in repairs. I requested that they do the right thing and refund my diagnostic cost as their diagnosis was completely incorrect. I haven’t heard back which is why i’m now writing this review - just shows what kind of business they’re running. Wouldn’t recommend them to friends or family. Cheers
