Qualitat’s team is amazing. During Christmas holiday my Motorhome had an emergency breakdown and needed the part urgently. Holly has been extremely supportive and helped me sort of the correct part urgently.
I had a engine warning light show up on my holiday in Auckland me thinking it was the transmission warning on an Audi S6. Very scared to drive it anywhere and on the day before a long weekend I rang Aqualitat. They saw me within 30minutes and ran a scan on the car and advised it was a faulty sensor unrelated to the transmission. They saved my piece of mind and my holiday. Great people and great service I will always go back to them.
Ordered an expensive car part, wasn’t at all protected, just in a cardboard box and courier bag absolutely no bubble wrap nothing, todays day and age you’d think they’d be packing it with protection to the max considering careless courier drivers nowadays, won’t be using shipping through this company again, could do better
My Audi broke down I had no idea what was wrong with it. However I called Qualitat asked them if I could have my car towed to them, Heather answered the phone and was fabulous and continues to go above and beyond for me!! I really do appreciate everything thank you Paula

The experience was good overall. These guys were recommended by my dealers when there was coolant leaking from my Audi A4 2012. They got it fixed over a week along with a few other issues in the engine. Now my car is running better than ever. I've had my car for almost a month now. The fuel efficiency has improved. I can feel the engine running smoothly, the power has increased and also the drive is way more comfortable. Although they are a little expensive but you can be rest assured they won't scam you and is probably the best place for European cars. I'm happy with the professionalism and mechanical expertise. I'd definitely recommend this place.
