   Seems to be hit and miss with this mechanic. First time, my car broke down unexpectedly, but they were able to take it in straight away. The staff were highly knowledgeable, friendly, and really put me at ease during a stressful situation. Second time, took my car back for a WOF & service with an early drop off time. They had it all day, no communication or response to my email. I was finally contacted at 3pm to be given a laundry list of items to repair, some of which have not been an issue since I bought the car 4 years ago e.g., rear tints on my station wagon. Go figure. They stung $90 to make this list and didn't look at the issue with my air con as I requested. I wouldn't recommend taking your car here for a WOF, see other's reviews.....

   Don't take your cars here for wof. They will fail you even on a perfect car and make you pay unnecessary repairs. Dont believe me? Go read on other reviews with 1 stars.

   Used these guys a number of times, but not again. Car had a repeat visit and emailed for information as felt something not quite right - however even after chasing they still did not respond - disappointing service.

   I popped in for an opportunistic WOF this week as a first time customer of the workshop and they were able to carry out the inspection straight away and complete a minor repair before sending me off with my WOF. The best part was the lovely and respectful service, solid advice and all round great experience - the best experience I’ve had in this type of situation/service for a long time, maybe ever. I couldn’t recommend the team more!

   Been here a few times, i stoped taking my turbo car there because they couldn't find my vibration issue and told me they couldn't fell vibration at 60km( I told them it vibrates when you get to 90km on the motorway) Secondly I took another car there because the wheel wobbles when I drove and felt very dangerous. My wof guy said the hub has play so I told the shop this.. they fixed the hub and the issues still there. I'm not a mechanic but this shop told me the hub did have play and it didn't at all because the issue was my sterring rack. Also there was a ripped cv boot on the wheel that they were working on and they didn't even tell me (AUTOLAND FIXED EVERYTHING STRAIGHT AWAY A+) *I emailed them weeks ago but no reply.*

   They gave me advise and were very kind and patient to listen and to explain,too. I'm a foreigner,so these aspects are very important to me. Very appreciated. Also, the WOF was done quickly. I'll come back for sure :)

   Always a great experience. Got my Wof and unfortunately needed brakes replaced but was a responsible piece. Few weeks later needed my back brake replaced and was down for free of charge and all was said was to “see me next time” what a way to keep your customers around!! Such love staff. Highly recommend
