Gave me a price on phone, different price when I got there. Absolutely not recommend Funny enough it wasn’t even close. It was $300 difference. Phone had no crack or scratches and battery was normal as it was only 5 months old To add to your reply, I’ve never mentioned Ultra on the call. If you can somehow hear back the recording of the call you would know it was you guys that didn't ask and made assumptions about which model it was. I was offered $800 at another store as mentioned and you guys offered $750. On the phone the guy asked how much I wanted and I quoted $850, he said he can probably do that price but I would have to bring the phone in. Fast forward I drove 35 minutes to go to the store and the clark offers me some stupid amount of $500 saying he thought it was an Ultra. He didn’t even care about the market value of the phone, rather compared the price to JBHIFI Trade-In price. If I was getting offered a trade-in value for my phone I would’ve obviously traded in for my phone for a newer one. Anyways I ended up selling my phone to TECHSITE in PAPAKURA. They are 100% honest and gave the price I asked for. No complaints, no issues. Bank transfer on the spot. Took only 10 minutes and paid the most. I highly don’t recommend this place.

I recently purchased (online) a smart phone, delivery took about 3 days which I though was good.
