I met with the team once more to resolve the misunderstanding, and the manager truly re-supported and clarified everything. It was a genuine step toward better customer service.
Very dishonest. I bought my car end of last year from a car dealer. I took the car to do the full service & wolf check. Then they told me the car had an oil leak, oil spilled all over on the top. They sent me a video to say everything is fine, all wipers were in good condition. I need the car ready for the Christmas trip. Then I approved to fix the leak. When I got the invoice, which was over $2200. They also changed 4 wipers without my approval. My wife called them to question the car parks in the garage most of time. We had never seen or felt there was an oil leak. Then I sent the video I received from this shop to one of my mechanic friends. He said it was just stain, not a leak. I will never go to this shop again. Really disgusting & dishonest business
Highly recommend the team at Wairau, top service and great value. Staff are helpful and informative. I popped in during my lunch break looking for advice/to book in tyre replacements. Tyres were replaced immediately! They even sent me a video explaining the work that had been completed on my car today. Appreciate the extra effort from the team.
I highly recommend Wayne and Abhignan at Bridgestone Select at Wairau Rd. I had been dealing with a persistent issue in my car for months. Even after taking it to the car dealer, the problem remained unresolved. In a short span of time, Wayne explained to me what the potential issue could be. He ran some diagnostics, fixed some issues, and suggested I monitor the car in case the problem arises again. Wayne's expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. Have had multiple services and repairs done on my Audi with Bridgestone Wairau. Excellent customer service, extremely accommodating especially being a woman. Always giving me the best deals and super through. I always get second quotes and their pricing is always cheaper. Awesome work team!
Had a puncture and my other tyres were worn down with low tread. The guy there was brilliant. Gave me four premium tyres, wheel balancing and alignment for the best price. All done on the same day. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Great garage. Actually took a video while they were doing a Service and sent me the link so I could see if everything that was passed or failed. Staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. If you get chance to buy one of the Bridgestone cards would recommend as well.
