Firstly we were supplied the wrong back Rotors for the car. When I returned them (we live over an hour away in the country) with the old rotor to get the right size, I was told they couldn't supply/find one. the customer service from the man serving me was very short and unfriendly (there were 2 other staff members present who were engaging). In contrast I went to NAPA AUTO Parts in Henderson, who found the part in stock at REPCO for me and were super friendly and helpful.
