Superb service. Rocked into Novus to get my rear vision mirror fixed after it dropped off the windscreen. Immediately attended to by Emma and Maraea. Fantastic service. Fixed to perfection by Afano who knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
We visited today to have our car’s front windscreen fully replaced. The job took around 4–5 hours, which was quicker than expected. Overall, the service was very good and efficient. The only minor issue was that some tiny glass fragments were left around the dashboard and steering wheel area, requiring extra cleaning after we picked up the car. However, this wasn't a big deal. The team at Novus did an absolutely stunning job on the R8. I was kept well-informed throughout the process, and they even sent a kind reminder before the appointment date. I could tell the installer took great care with my vehicle, it was spotless, with not a single scratch or any damage during the install, which was my primary concern for a windscreen replacement. I need a new windscreen. I tried to call the North Shore Branch on Monday last week, and there was no answer. I left a message to call me as their answering machine requested. That was a week ago, and I have not yet heard from them. Earlier this year, I had a new drivers door window fitted at Silverdale, and their communication was also atrocious. I'm not sure how they are still in business.

Excellent service with a smile. The team at Novus north shore booked us in a short notice. Not required a stone chip repair before so wasn't sure how it all works. All of the team at the Rosedale branch were really friendly, very helpful and informative. We were in and out in less than 30 mins. Some places you get great service, but great service with a smile and being informative is what makes it awesome service.
