   We had an excellent experience with Provident. Simple things like answering the phone and talking straightaway to a real person in NZ who knows about your claim was invaluable. My vehicle had to have a significant amount work done under the warranty we purchased with it. There was no argument they just talked to our garage and gave the OK quickly. I would highly recommend them.

   Where do I start, this company has been a lifesaver without this insurance cover on my vehicle I would’ve lost my vehicle after my serious motor vehicle accident at work. They have been such a pleasure to work with, even as far as ringing just to check up and see how my progress is not even anything to do with the claim itself. I highly recommend them.    CANCEL YOUR POLICY IMMEDIATELY!!!!Fraudulent insurance claims are processed without knowledge or permission of customers. They work together with Go Car Finance and Go Cover - Cancel immediately - You will be left with Out of pocket expenses as inexperienced Staff who ...are rude, don't know there own policy's or what agreements they have with other companies. Another company that the Commerce Commissioner should be adding to the complaints with Go Car Finance!

   I have dealt with provident insurance a couple of times via phone and i have been extremely happy with their customer service over the phone. The staff are very friendly and polite. They are very easy to deal with and they also explain everything to you in detail if you do not understand anything. So over all very satisfied with them.

   Honestly, when I purchased mbi (Pinnacle Cover) from Provident Insurance, I was a bit worried after reading their reviews online. However, they have been very fair and rather quick to respond to any claims that I have needed to make. I recently had to make 3 seperate claims in one week. Provident responded very fast and accepted each one of them, saving me a hefty amount. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing mbi from Provident. So long as you follow their guidelines and keep on top of your servicing you have nothing to worry about. They are reasonably priced, fair, and quick to assess claims. Thank you

   No good experience and first time ,the car has low mileage but developed mechanical issues. The mechanical service charges 2500 dollars to fix the most problems, But I must pay 2100 dollars. It was better and cheaper to do it myself and not use Provident.
