Great workshop. The staff are always happy to help and they do good quality work. They fixed the chassis rails on my car very quickly for a reasonable price. I'll definitely keep coming back!
I always get great service here . The team at Automotive Bilic go out of their way to help . I had some heating / demisting issues with my Golf R last year, they diagnosed & fixed the problem , where an aircon specialist couldnβt . Even gave me a courtesy car for the duration of diagnosing & waiting for parts .
Sent my Volkswagen for a service, WOF check, repairs for the check and BiliΔ provided. My car runs beautifully and everything was done in such a short time.
Advertise a campervan that says excellent condition, repaint and rust protected exterior and underneath the car. Then i called AA to check on it. AA called told me its full of rust everywhere covered with body filler and paint. So dishonest. Stay away from this shop
Very good service. Quick, efficient and they really know their stuff. Cut hours off the equivalent job quoted by Toyota, and was well less than half overall cost. Highly rated.
I can not speak highly enough of Jure and his team at The Bilic Automotive. Opened a shop at 9pm for me drop off my car! His shop must the best presented and cleanest repair shop I have ever been to. In the end came up with the most cost effective solution. Awesome! Thank you guys!

Started great, then something went wrong, Did a few jobs for me and my family. Then once trust got established they breached it right away. Left my Toyota super custom for a extensive service and some minor repairs, paid them $2681.80 for it then found out they over charged me $328 for a transmission filter and oil which is $143 including gst, refused to provide a copy of parts invoice etc. then after a coolant / radiator flush, heater stopped working and car stared overheating. Had to bring it back on a tow truck to them. Mechanics son is very pushy defensive, refusing any responsibility even though my van had no overheating issues before and heater was fine. Now they are quoting $1980 plus gst only for labour to fix it. Plus approximately 2000 for parts and cylinder head checks / replacement. Also soft close function of the left sliding door stopped working after they replaced a pulley on it. Taking them to court unfortunately, couldnβt agree on acceptable compromise solution.
