    Rude service, check. Wasted my time, check. Straight out lied to me, check. Overcharged, check. Fool me once, shame on me. Won't fool me twice. And if you're reading this with a view to use their services, DON'T!!! Brought in trailer to have them check the solenoid switch. Was told to come the next day at 8. Was there at 7:50 before the doors even opened. At 8:37 the first check was made on the solenoid (which later I found was working perfectly OK aside from broken housing that prevented grounding, so a pretty simple 5 minute diagnosis for someone whose job it is). All this time I sat waiting outside so could see exactly what they were (or rather WEREN'T) working on. Was called at 10:07 to say that it was the solenoid, they that they have ordered a new one and the trailer will be ready around 12. I replied I could not wait that long, I will take trailer now and come back for parts and fit myself. Went in two minutes later E VOILLA! - the new solenoid was already there and I was charged $28 for freight. Curious indeed. Remember- my son and I were waiting in front of the shop- no courier ever came. I was also charged $28 for 'sundries'? But the clincher- $240 for the technician!!!! These people are crooks. And straight out liars. Heed my warning- steer well clear. I'll be back, but only to have it out with them.

    Just had my Ute in, man behind the counter was passive aggressive and told me the quote was going to be 200 more on the day of pick up as β€œtrades done include GST on quotes” which is true if I were a company who was working with them but I am not. Was estimated to take a day or two, got it back 5 days later, understandable stuff happens and I did show up with out an appointment. But was rung up and quoted $1200 all up which I agreed on because I needed the vehicle back urgently for work and when I went in to pick it up it was a $1600 invoice so I tried to say I was I was never notified of the price increase and asked why all the β€˜2nd hand’ parts were all 2-5 times the price of everything I can find online. Eventually we agreed on a price, icing on the cake was as it was being driven out of the yard it sounded like someone forgot to use the clutch. Note I started my car today (day after pick up) and

    There was a little misunderstanding at the beginning, but once we talked it through, everything was explained clearly and the issue was fixed perfectly. The service here is very professional, well-structured, and gives you confidence that everything is done properly.

    FIXED WHAT FORD COULDN'T! Friendly team & great to deal with - I had some sensor issues with my Mustang that even Ford couldn't sort out.. However, these guys not only fixed the problem but organised a WoF and loaned me a vehicle while they worked. Total legends! A+

    Needed a new HID D2S headlight bulb for my sons Mini Cooper. Tricky things to replace. Ended up having to take the car to Western Auto Electrical to sort it out. They managed to have a quick look and sort it out straight away. Thanks much appreciated, Western Auto Electrical.

    I was recommended Western Auto Electrical by my mechanic as well as the community Facebook page and I am happy I took the recommendation. I sent Julien some images of a broken ignition so he could provide rough pricing to get the car up and running again. Julien gave some fantastic advice and actually said it was something we could fix ourselves if we could source the part. He was correct and we were able to fix ourselves. This saved us a decent amount of money and a bigger headache. We haven't actually used the service in this case but if we do need auto electrical work done in the future, I will be sure to bring it to Western Auto Electrical based on this experience.

    If I could give a no star I would. Book car in for an alarm. All good. Drop car off to be told. $900 + to install and that they are not very good at alarms. Oh and sick staff. Worst service. Do not recommend! And ur reply is a load of rubbish. We got a mobile alarm person to do for $500 and came with alot more options. Your service is a joke. And will be letting MTA know of the rip off and unprofessional service we received

    Julian and his team are amazing. They got our Sprinter back on the road after having to replace the ABS speed sensors. The minibus now runs without any problems and thanks to these wonderful guys!
