Henderson Drivesure is definitely way way better than the other name. Service is fast and very efficient, the 2 frontdesk ladies are lovely and very accomodating . If there's WOF issues (minor), they'll ask you politely to get it fixed yourself or they can do it for you, wherein I let them and away I go passed and happy as.
I had an excellent experience at Drivesure Henderson. The team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The whole process was quick and smooth, and the staff showed real professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back here for future inspections and warrants.
I cannot praise the team at Drivesure enough. Always friendly, accommodating with good advice. This was proven once again, when I couldn't make a COF appointment I had booked 3 weeks earlier, due to a third party dragging out repairs on my motorhome. Nevertheless, Gillium was extremely helpful, and found me a new booking very quickly. This is why I will keep coming back to Drivesure. Totally reasonable and professional.
I had my WOF done at manukau branch about 2 months ago. At that time, it only failed because of 2 tyres. I replaced the tyres with brand new ones and went back a week later — they passed the WOF, but uploaded the wrong odometer reading to NZTA. When I emailed them, they admitted it was their mistake and told me they would redo the WOF for free. However, when I went back, they failed it again, this time saying the brake bushes needed replacing. I pointed out that just 2 months earlier their own inspector had passed it, and my mechanic later confirmed the brake bushes are actually in good condition. It’s clear they are creating unnecessary issues and covering up their own errors. On top of that, the staff showed poor attitude, saying “do whatever you want” when I raised concerns. This feels like fraudulent behaviour. Be very careful — they can upload wrong odometer readings and fail WOFs for problems that don’t exist. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle that had recieved a warrant from Drivesure only 2 weeks prior (my mistake for buying sight unseen). However, realised pretty quickly that the vehicle was less than ideal to drive and was wandering all over the place. After reviewing the warrant sheet, there was one note of some slight perishing on suspension bump stops (they were actually half disintegrated), however, that was just the tip of the iceberg. $2000 later and all the front suspension bushings, rear shocks and bump stops have to be replaced to bring it to what is considered by my local shop to be a warrantable condition. Continuing to drive it in the previous condition would have surely been unsafe. There really is no leg to stand on as a customer in this position but just feel the attention to detail should have been better.
I've been trying to book a dereg car in for compliance for well over 3 months. Each time I try I get a text saying "text me back in 4 weeks". No worries, things are busy. My final attempt I was just told "they're too busy, sorry". Whats the point of offering this service if it's literally impossible to even make a booking? I'm not in a hurry, just keen to get the process underway, but I don't even have that option. Infuriating.
We had a good experience here. They were quick and efficient. The kids area in the waiting lounge is a good touch.
Always very clear and helpful here. They go above and beyond and will check things out at no extra cost if they're already doing a WOF and they tell you if there's something you might want to get looked at even if it doesn't effect your WOF. been going here for years, awesome team
Lovely experience getting my WOF today. I had a break light out and the man that did the WOF put a new brake light in for me and passed me. Wonderful customer service, I really appreciate it. Thank you :)
We didn't like the service at this place because the guy said so many things that we should do in the car. Ex: he said that we have to change the seat belt because it had a lot of cuts and there was no cut at all. Although just one thing that he said made sense and we fixed it, the rest of them didn't. We went to another place and the wof was approved. I won't be back again
