We chose PD pet Insurance for Lowie. Last week he developed and issue with his tummy. We took ho to the vet and they fixed him up for us but it cost a heap of money. So we lodged a claim on our insurance with PD Insurance. lodged it at around 10am and it was all sorted by 1pm same day. That's what I call service. Thanks PD bloody brilliant

Amazing service, care and thoughtfulness when we had to make a claim following an illness with our dog. The claim was submitted online (easy as) and paid the next day. As well as this amazingly quick payment we received a lovely call confirming the payment and hoping our dog was recovering and feeling better. Just so caring. Highly recommend this insurer.
A few months after taking out insurance, unfortunately, we had to bid farewell to our beloved cat as she crossed the rainbow bridge. Throughout the process, everything was handled smoothly, and there were no hassles at all. After canceling the insurance, a small package arrived at our home with a thoughtful message card and chocolates. Although it may appear to be a standard gesture for those who have lost a family member, we were deeply touched by this unexpected act of kindness. I genuinely want to express my gratitude in this way to everyone involved, especially to Karlie and Martine from the claim team for their empathy and the heartfelt message. I plan to send them a small gift as a token of appreciation soon. Thanks all.
